Recently, I had members of our sales staff attend one of David's seminars called "Make it Easy for Them to Buy." We have had a lot of sales training over the years, but this is one of the first times that our staff said that they really walked away feeling motivated and learned some new sales tips.

Here is a comment from one of our sales reps, "I learned the benefits of communicating with clarity with both clients and fellow employees. Learned trigger words and why to avoid them! And also the differences between open ended questions v/s closed questions. You learn so much more of what a client may be looking for if you can keep the communication flowing. Additional info/communication very often leads to upsells—Great—love the upsells!"

I would definitely send our sales staff to more of David's training sessions.
